Healing and integration work should not have to re-traumatize the system in order to be effective. Ibis Jasper asks us to consider that we aren’t actually broken, but instead that we are part of a larger Divine process where we get broken to realize that there is no such thing. It is an ally in our journey into greater wholeness. It helps us peel away, heal, forgive, and let go of what isn’t so that we can be more of what is.
